Dauntless for those who value bravery.
Abnegation for those who value selflessness
Amity for those who value peace
Candor for those who value honesty.

Minho Lee is no exception to this, every sixteen year old has to choose one of the five factions during the annual choosing ceremony. But his results are not one of the five factions, not even the one of his origin, Dauntless. He's a divergent and he must do everything in his power to keep this secret or else.

Sarah Jackson is finally of age to choose a faction. Since she was child Sarah has always known she was Dauntless and the test tells her so. But something's off. She can feel it but has no idea where or what's happened. All she knows is that her and her friends are in for a wild few months.
