“Μερικές φορες αυτό που χρειαζόμαστε είναι δίπλα μας, κοντά μας αλλά δεν το βλέπουμε. Θέλουμε κι' άλλα, πιο πολλά απ' όσα έχουμε και τοτε θα είναι αργά γιατί είναι στη φύση του ανθρώπου να εκτιμά κάτι μονο όταν το χάνει, γιατί είναι στη φύση του ανθρώπου να έλκεται σε ο,τι τον καταστρέφει.„


Είναι η Δανάη και αυτός ο Χάρης. Δύο τόσο ανόμοιοι άνθρωποι, τόσο διαφορετικοί ο ένας απο τον άλλον, κι' όμως τόσο ίδιοι κατά βάθος. Φοβούνται να το παραδεχτούν, όταν ενα ξαφνικό γεγονος θα αλλάξει τις ζωές και των δυο.
Η Δανάη είναι μια 17χρονη κοπελα, ντροπαλή με χαμηλή αυτοπεποίθηση. Αντίθετα, ο 24χρονος Χάρης είναι ο κολλητός του αδερφού της Δανάης, Νίκου. Ο Χάρης είναι το ακριβως αντίθετο απο την Δανάη. Πίνει, βρίζει, καπνίζει είναι γυναίκας. Έχει πληγωθεί πολύ στη ζωή του γι' αυτό έχει αυτή τη συμπεριφορά.



Το μήνυμα αυτή της ιστοριας είναι πως ο καθένας έχει την δική του ομορφιά και πως πολλές φορες αυτό που ψάχνουμε είναι δίπλα μας, απλα εμείς δεν το βλέπουμε.
