The story begins in a town in England, Port Victory, during the Victorian era.

Y/n, a very pretty girl and wanted by all the men in the city, was the daughter of the Governor. Her father will only let her marry a high-class aristocrat.

Then, during a ball organized in her honor and where all the men and women of the town are invited, she meets someone who may change the course of her life.
