Initially terrified of the social upheaval, Pip reluctantly becomes an integral part of the operation. Her unique perspective and insightful observations provide invaluable guidance to the clinic's increasingly diverse clientele, from the lovelorn to the sexually confused.

As Pip navigates the minefield of teenage social dynamics, she finds herself inexplicably drawn to the puzzling Maeve. Their connection, however, is fraught with unspoken feelings and the ever-present shadow of Pip's anxieties.
