Twelve years after the Autobots were exiled, Koda Shank has returned to the one place she once considered home. Deep within Alaska, on Wrangell Island, she lives in a cabin just north of a river, 50 kilometres from the small town of Wrangell, living off the land as she deals with a past life. Her neighbours, Tyler and his daughter Lily take to visiting Koda often, helping her and forging new bonds with the former Jeager pilot.
Struggling to live and deal with her previous life, Koda is brought back to her former life when two familiar faces arrive at her front door...they seek her help with a new/old threat. Forced to turn back on her new life, Koda returns to the life she swore she would leave behind, in hopes to take one final stand against the new Decepticons, to stand against old enemies and reforge her love with a long lost Prime.
