Rikina Murakami is the daughter of Sabo Murakami. She helps run the family noodle shop, but she holds a secret from everyone in New York as her ancestors have been samurai warriors for generations and she carries on her grandfather's legacy to protect everyone she cares about and help people by becoming a samurai.

Rikina meets four teenage kappa turtles as she develops a connection with the leader in blue, but their relationship is not going to be easy. As there are going to be a lot of twists of turns in their path.
