Ryoma moves up to Seishun Gakuen High School Division wherein it is divided into three departments depending on the student's focus. These are the Normal Department, Sports Department, and the Music Department. Unexpectedly, and much to Ryoma's dismay, the school announces that they have decided to merge all three departments instead.
The Prince of Tennis who usually sleeps during introductions, is left wide awake and very intrigued by the girl who openly declared that she hated tennis.
