Si Mieshaniel ay nakakuha lamang ng scholarship noong nagtry siya sa entrance examination ng UST. May tatlo siyang kapatid, ang sunod sa kanya ay ang lalaki na si Serano Akiel Madrigal na nasa Junior High, ang ikalawa na kasunod ni Akiel ay si Mieranie Aradella Madrigal nasa elementarya palang at si Serena Aishex Madrigal na nasa limang taon palang. Mieshaniel have a best friend name, Ericanisha Airya Fuentabella na nagmamay-ari ng 'Fuentabella's Condominium' na malapit sa University of the Philippines Main.
