But what happens when a blast from the past comes knocking, and with it comes all the baggage Ariana has tried for 9 years to keep buried behind her. She is faced with a choice to make. Elijah stone Famous, handsome, sexy, dangerous and broken. But that last part he tries to hide from the public. Well known for his success in the business world after having inherited the family business from his father, alongside his brother. He carries a burden from a past he's trying so hard to forget. A past he regretted ever being a part of A past he wishes he could erase and change for the better. He seeks redemption, but that's a word far too big for Elijah, because he knows he can never get it. Not after he broke her. Not after he ruined her life. 9 years after and he still feels like a monster, a monster that doesn't deserve forgiveness, a monster that should be left to rot in hell. But life works in mysterious ways, and Elijah has been given another chance. A chance to redeem himself. A chance to prove that he is a changed man, different from the goofy, rude, arrogant and self absorbed teenager he once was. But he soon finds out that redeeming himself is not the only thing he has to do. Life just fucks with you when you least expect it.
