A merman doesn't really feel at home in his own town, The Kingdom of Delphlora, instead he prefers the outdoors of the vast ocean that surrounds the town. He doesn't feel like he really fits in with any of the other merfolk, usually adventuring out into the dark, mysterious wonders of the world below.
However, things take a drastic turn when he discovers a pair of baby blue eyes, connected to black, staring at him from behind a mossy rock across from him. He swims over to check it out, but for naught. The siren appears behind him, intrigued by a sort of item the ravenette is wearing around his waist. He ends up stealing it, and the ravenette doesn't have the care to go and retrieve it, so he let's the blonde keep it.
However, he thought that was the only time he would ever see the other boy, but he couldn't have been more wrong. The blonde got intrigued by the ravenette, spying on him from afar. He was afraid to ever get too close to the other as they were different species, but he wanted to know more about the other. He wanted to learn everything about the other boy. But one day, the curious merman decides to explore somewhere he had never been. The Siren's side, known as The Kingdom of Melusine, filled with dark creatures, most that were misunderstood by the merfolk because of the tales that were told.
Where will this lead to? Where will Diego's adventures take him? Would they be at war, or could they find peace between the two kingdoms? Was there something growing between the two boys?
Whatever they were expecting to happen between them ended up pushing them closer to each other instead.
