* This is a short and possible unfinished story prompt i did for my high school English class back in February 2022. i believe the prompt was to create an impactful hook  for readers. *
The story follows  a young 18 year old girl and an elder lady running away from an anger mob of men who believe the 18yo girl is dirty succubus in disguise who has seduced the mayor's son.

Another project I've been working on the side. this is a story about a succubus in the same universe as my primary story. I wanted to get this out there as well. this is a dark fantasy romance type genre. In "Shadows of Seduction," we follow Detective Claire Morgan, who grapples with profound loss and a struggle for redemption after her partner's death and the subsequent suspension from the force. Claire's life spirals further out of control as she becomes increasingly obsessed with her dreams of a mysterious woman named Valesia, who appears to embody both desire and danger. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!" I respond. "Denial." She says. "Refusal." I counter and she growls at me. "You will NOT reject him!" She orders. "He is a bully!" "He is mate!" "He commanded that kid when he could have just talked to him! He is a bully with no patience!" "He is an Alpha!" She purrs with pride at his rank. I don't care! "I don't want him!"
