In the time of darkness depicted as the golden age, even the brightest star can be dimmed.

When Jayson enrolls at the University of the Philippines, he dreams of fighting for justice and one day becoming a human rights lawyer. But Martial Law took the country by storm, casting a sinister cloud to everyone. Rights are stripped away, loved ones went missing, and for Jayson and many others, simply being themselves is seen as rebellion.

Amidst the chaos, Theo appears-becoming Jayson's brightest star, his light through the bleakness of Martial Law. Together, they find solace in stolen moments and the stars above, daring to love each other even when the world around them refuses to let them live freely.

But as the fight for justice pulls them deeper into the dangers of activism, their love and resilience are tested like never before. Jayson and Theo are forced to confront not only the powerful forces determined to silence them, but also the painful choice between loving each other with limits, or risking each other in the pursuit of freedom.
