The evolving city of Harmony is cluttered with people hoping for a fresh start and better lives. Every day, masses of people arrive on airships, hoping that the bright city lights and city bustle will improve their future.
Lex is not one of those people. She hates the dirty and crime-ridden streets of her hometown, and she anxiously pursues the day where she can finally escape the thick smoky air and rancid smell.
Her opportunity arrives unexpectedly (and quite literally) at her doorstep. He calls himself Rian, and he wants Lex to smuggle him and his cargo out of Harmony and to the German city of Beichte. The idea is simple, until Lex realizes all too late that Rian is not what he appears to be, and she unwillingly left behind everything she has ever known.

An introductory and cursory glance into the Tenth Realm, a fantastical steampunk world of my make, through the perspective of one sailor Jonas Campbell. This is a complete short story and includes a fair deal of generic fantasy verbiage. To give the general idea shortly, the Tenth Realm is gigantic metropolitan city that fits an entire world's worth of people in it. The city is as old as civilization itself, and there is no known civilization besides it. The city also extends far below the surface and is big enough to house multiple independent political bodies inside of it. The story might still require a few fixes here and there as it currently stands, but it is complete in a general sense.Complete
