Cristine is gifted at playing the violin. She can sing, draw, and play the piano as well, all with obvious talent and passion. Her family is extremely well-off, and she attends a prestigious school for talented individuals. Her life seems perfect. In fact, it would be. If not for the fact that her parents dislike her, and openly favours her younger brother. Or that she gets bullied in school almost daily. Cristine hates her life. One day, she is kidnapped after school on her way home. The kidnappers demand three billion dollars from her parents in return for their daughter's life, and threaten to murder Cristine if they refuse to pay. Will her parents pay the ransom? Or will they leave Cristine to her dubious fate? Or maybe, will Cristine take this opportunity to finally leave her old hated life behind?

E.L. feels like she's terrible at everything. Even though her grades are above average, she just doesn't feel the passion, the drive that others have. The only things she has the passion and drive for is playing the cello, and Art. And that passion and drive made her one of the top three cellists in her grade, but the whole school. But no one knows that she has five secrets. Until she meets a boy that changes everything. Tyler is a young outgoing boy. He also happens to be one of the top three for violinists. He's the popular boy. But he has his eyes set on a quiet student. But he doesn't know that he chose a hard girl to get. As E.L. plays she's chosen to be in a duet competition with another student. This other student happens to be Tyler. The two of them must fly to Europe for a huge competition with other talented high schoolers from all over the world. And some of them are willing to play dirty. With Tyler being persistent, another joins in to make a triangle. What's E.L.'s choice?
