My name is Naomi Hale. My parents were killed when I was 5 and I was kidnapped. The scars on my back are proof enough to that. Although I didn’t remember what happened, I was plagued by nightmares every so often, my strange power of reading minds never helped this. I moved in with my grandparents. They lived in a small town surrounded by a forest. I was the quiet type although my grandfather was a martial arts trainer, who has made sure I knew how to protect myself. Then they came to town. Mysterious group of people who bought up a large area and had built many mansions there to live. Upon the first time we locked eyes I felt a strange pull towards him, Giovanni Parker. Then I saw the one who had murdered my parents. Giovanni became possessive of me and it unlocked parts of myself I hadn’t known existed. Now I’m struggling to figure out what exactly I am. My parents murderer keeps showing up. I have no idea what he wants with me. He has already taken almost everything from me. What more could he possibly want?
