Izuku Midoriya was an unfortunate child who led an unfortunate life. He was diagnosed as Quirkless at the age of four and spent years being bullied and mocked for his disadvantage. At the age of ten he was summoned to a new world that was home to some 'people' who were also from earth. He decided to save people no matter the cost and embody the true meaning of the word Hero, Even if he must become a Vigilante to do it. This is the story of the True Chosen Hero Dekiru.
