Elena had woken up in terror again from the thought of Kathrine . She felt comfortable . When Damon asked her if she was ok . Her response was " I'm fine :) "
Damon was still worried. She then grabbed her clothes slipped on her slippers , Damon gave her a kiss , then she smiles and walked to the bathroom to take a shower . Damon smirked and approached the kitchen to make her breakfast .
Stefan was sitting on the couch distracted by watching football
When Elena came out of the shower she brushed her hair and was blow drying her hair , she rises it up in a pony tail and approached the living room she seen Stefan ..... She couldn't say anything she was to anger at him to say anything , Stefan looked at her as he was almost going to say something but he just turned to look at back at the football game . Elena walked into the kitchen and a big smile appeared on her face when she seen the big breakfast Damon made . She said " great I am starving " :)

A baby's cry pierces the air as the midwife passes the baby to the awaiting hands of the father. Damon happily takes the baby from her hands holding her close to his chest not worried about the blood most likely staining his clothes. As quickly as the moment began it was lost, Damon was pushed out of the small room the baby still in his hands. "Stop! Wait! What's going on?" Damon yells trying to get back into the room. That's when he gets a look into the room noticing the many midwives rushing around attaching things to his wife lying on the bed, covered in blood and sweat from just giving birth. "Ruby! Ruby!" Damon yells over the loud cries of the baby in his arms. Damon stops yelling the shock to great. He hears the midwife's declare her dead, the blood loss to severe. In that one lonely moment Damon realizes that he will do everything he can to keep the little girl in his arms safe, no matter the cost. --------- Angels Mother died when she was only a few minutes old leaving her in the hands of her father, the great Damon Salvatore. Stefan headed in the direction that he heard Damon, only to see Damon holding Mila up on a roof. He jumped up onto the roof using his vampire speed. "Not bad. Have you been eating bunnies?" Damon joked as he held onto Mila. "Let her go," Stefan demanded as Damon shushed her. "Really? Ok," he said as he was about to let her fall off the roof, making both Mila and Stefan protest. "Relax," Damon said as he threw her at Stefan and got off of the edge of the roof. "What's happening?" Mila asked him with tears in her eyes. "You know, she looks a lot like your dearly departed," Damon said with a smirk, causing Mila's head to turn in his direction. "It's not her, Damon," Stefan said sadly. Instead of responding Damon just chuckled, looking down at Mila. "What attacked you the other night?" Damon asked her, making her look up at him and sniffle. "I don't know. An animal," Mila said as she wiped her face. "Are you sure about that? Think. Think about it. Think really hard. What attacked you?" Damon asked her again, making her think. "A vampire," she breathed out in realization.
