Date 24 December 2015 We've been seeing more and more crawlers over the months. More innocent people are being slaughtered, and transformed into these monsters. My team are still alive, but they are not the people I knew before. The resources are becoming low again and soon we will have to move on further away from the city. I'm worried, scared and broken. My friends don't smile that often, we used to argue about school and cute guys. But now we have nothing to say. Crawlers also known as zombies roam our world, killing and changing. Becoming smarter, faster more cunning. Welcome to the zombie apocalypse.

[Book 3] People say things can change drastically in just a couple years. I couldn't agree more. In just a few years I went from a regular kid in high school, to Ruler of a zombie species. Of course for everyone else, it was much more than a few years, it was three hundred to be precise. Once the Crawlers wiped themselves out all that long ago, we thought it was over, that Humans would regain control of the planet and things would soon go back to normal. We were wrong. After another man tried to wipe out the human race, it was made apparent that even the original Crawlers may not have died out. They're more illusive than their ancestors, it is unclear whether this entails their danger or not.
