On Halloween night, the Looney Builders spend time with their new toon friends on Mac and Tosh's party boat. While at sea, they find a cruise ship adrift off Looneyburg's coast. After climbing aboard, they find the vessel to be eerily abandoned. Even with the help from their friends of CLADE (the Covert League of Animal Detective Experts), can they find out what happened to the passengers and crew before Bobby Boots steals the cruise liner to be used as his own yacht?

Note: While Deep Rising's a rated "R" Action-Horror Film, the contents of this movie were made to be family-friendly. There's a more brighter ending with no deaths since it involves preschool show characters.
