What started as abnormal, subtle news from across the ocean in Kentucky began to bleed into the day-to-day lives of Mymy Schoppenboer and her sisters in the Netherlands. As global communications falter and strange symptoms arise within their classmates, their familiar world begins to shatter into a broken state of something unrecognizable and threatening. Friends, teachers, and even strangers on the street succumb to paranoia and fear, suspecting each other of carrying the Knox virus. Society is soon to collapse, and humanity is not long for this world.

A Light That Never Fades
Living in the busy city of Boston, Samy Meyers who is a 17 year old girl, finds herself going to a high school event with her younger brother Zane who she is forced to bring along. Her brother doesn't often get along with her due to her lack of presence. Samy is a careless teen girl who has been dealing with some un-controlling problems of hers lately. Because of this, it has led to her loved ones distrusting her and becoming distant. Samy doesn't know how she can fix this problem of hers, or even herself. During the event, something unimaginably horrifying occurs. All of a sudden, she witnesses people getting eaten and torn apart by 'sick' deranged people. The entire school campus is turned to bloodshed. A switch goes off in her head when she sees the chaos unfold, there is only one thought that enters her mind. And that is to protect her little brother Zane no matter what.... When you are infected with the virus, there are four stages. 1) Your fever will shoot up and everything will become intensified on a maximum level. You'll lose grip on what's reality and what's illusion. 2) You'll start to slowly fall down the rabbit hole, forgetting the past and everything and everyone that you knew. 3) You face your imminent death. 4) You wake up with a pressing hunger for the living.
