New York City, for years has been plagued by psychopaths. Fear enveloped the streets to the point in which the citizens were too frightened to leave the safety of their homes. Fed up with the constant madness running amok, the governor came up with a plan to take the city back. The plan? To incarcerate all known psychopaths and sociopaths alike in an underground facility known as Cure. Later that same year, there was a massive jail break and all inmates fled back into the city, thirsty for revenge. Again, the governor came up with another plan. He started an Agency who could deal with them ... only these agents can combat the madness.
