As the ultimate resource, he decides to end it all, driving to the Rio Grande between the border of the United States and Mexico. Right before he jumps in the river, he takes notice of a young girl, saving her from being taken against her will.
He takes her to his apartment, but an obstacle lies between them. She doesn't speak English, and he doesn't speak Spanish.
He allows her to stay with him as result from her begging in blood tears to not call the authorities, because her life is in danger. Living with her isn't the problem, but the unexpected and weird feelings when she's with him are.
