For Sylver Greyson, everything was already all wrong.Their family was murdered by aliens when they were six, and their brother had been missing since then, and no one believed them about the aliens.

Joining the Garrison to try and find him, Sylver meets their fellow friends, including one Indigo Azure, who promptly goes missing as soon as Sylver gets close to him. It's got to be some sort of curse, really.

An entire year later, after months of trying to hack the Garrison under their noses to find out what really happened to their friend, Sylver, along with teammates Tsuki Eclipse and Cat Sunflower, find a meteor. Except it's not a meteor, it's an alien podship. And it crashes on Earth, just a few miles from the Garrison.

Because of course crime is always the answer, they team up with friend and Garrison dropout Arlo Eretris to break into the podship, finding none other than their lost friend Digo, now with a brand new metal cyborg arm and a very anime protagonist style white streak of hair.

Now, thanks to a few other turns of events, they're apparently the mystical Paladins, pilots of the five Lions of Voltron and defenders of the universe against the Galra Empire. Who would've thought?

There's a lot of evil in the universe, aside from the Galra and their Emperor, the near-immortal Zarkon. But they have a pair of alien royals on their side, a badass robot lion fighting machine, and the power of friendship and family to get through and kick some serious alien butt.
