Anthony Baxter has been a normal teenager for so long. But that's about to change, a lot.
When his brother Aaron commits suicide, he makes the split second decision to run away for his home town Aspen.
He meets Ana, Gavin, and Ze. Three teenagers from the mountain city known as Utopia. At first it lives up to its name but it becomes ironic very quickly. Evil Dictator Quinn Alexander has plans. Big plans to kill all of the micro chipless rebels.
And who's the face of them all? Anthony of course. Not a big surprise.
