When Yukina gets called up to play on Japan's National Women's U-20 team, her most stable grounding force, Yoichi, suddenly disappears. After learning that he went off to a mysterious soccer training program known as, "Blue Lock," without saying a word to her she decides to use her status to infiltrate the camp.
Working with the head of Blue Lock, Jinpachi Ego, Yukina will dedicate her time to ensuring Isagi's success. Putting her own career on hold for the sake of his, nothing can deter her focus... at least that's what she thought...
Captivated by a tall, ridiculously lazy, and unnatural talent named Seishiro Nagi, Yukina starts to question everything.
While inside Blue Lock, Yukina will have to face her true feelings about her best friend, about herself, and about all the new people she will meet. Her small world is about to become bigger than she ever could have imagined.
