As Sage reached for her phone to check the time, a new notification caught her eye.

"Welcome to The Terminal."

Her heart skipped a beat. She hadn't downloaded any new apps. Her thumb hovered over the notification as a sense of unease washed over her. What was this? She had heard stories about strange apps that appeared out of nowhere, apps that could do more harm than good. But this was different. There's Something almost inviting about it.

Curiosity got the better of her, and she tapped on the notification. The screen went black for a moment before a sleek, dark interface materialized, prompting her to enter her details. Her first instinct was to close it and forget she ever saw it. But then, her mother's face flashed in her mind-the mother she barely remembered, the mother who had disappeared under mysterious circumstances when she was just a child.

WARNING: EXCERPT ONLY! "And you smell delicious too." He whispered beside my ear. "Like honey and cinnamon were mixed to create a scent so irresistible. Do you know these two combined are great for the immune system?" He hummed against my neck, sending goosebumps all over my skin. "Fuck you." I managed to get out, glancing at him behind me. I felt his lips tilt up in a smile against my neck before he moved up to nibble at my earlobe. "That'll be nice." He chuckled in a deep sexy voice that rumbles from his chest to my body. "But some other time. Now..." His hot tongue comes out to lap at my neck in slow strokes. I bit down on my bottom lip to stop the moan that was about to break free. "I'm hungry." He darkly announced. Jocelyn, born from a witch family, had no powers making her an outcast among witches. She is determined to make it through life on her own, but then she runs into Sebastian, a vampire who develops a sudden interest in her and has a strange addiction to her blood. I saw her long before she saw me. She didn't know then that her fate had already been sealed, that every step she took was drawing her closer to me. Closer to what she would become. There was something in her-something fragile, something wild. A fear she tried to hide, wrapped in defiance and confidence. It was intoxicating, watching her, knowing that no one else could see what I saw. No one else could feel the pull like I did. The slow, deliberate unraveling of her world as it would soon be tethered to mine. I felt my heart beat once, hard and fast. It was the only signal I needed. She would be mine-not in some fleeting, hollow way. No. I would strip away every shield, every defense, until she was laid bare, body and soul. And when she looked at me for the first time, I knew. She was already mine. A. Trigger Warning ⚠️: This story contains intense and graphic content, exploring dark and disturbing themes that may be triggering for some readers.
