A Chaos Control freak accident causes seven worlds to merge together. Caught in a new adventure, Mario and Luigi, along with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Son Goku, and the two unknown Sacred Gear users from a Supernatural Universe, embark on a quest to find the Seven Chaos Emeralds, make some new friends, and fight some bad guys to save the multiverse.
