After learning her mother was one of the swan fae, she learns that she is slowly being poisoned by the air in the human realm. She must return to the Shaded Realm twice a day to remain healthy. But monstrous creatures lurk in this hidden realm with a taste for both fairy and human flesh. And they seem to have found a way to enter the human realm.
