Kyle has been caring for Cartman due to Cartman developing Botulism ( a type of sickness that can make you extremely weak and you could possibly die from it. ) and has been staying at Kyle's place over 2 weeks, and unfortunately.. ended up passing away in his sleep, leaving Kyle alone and.. without his sick boy. Without his friend. Kyle goes to write about Cartman and obsess over what he once had.
