There's No Sleep for the Wicked
Cursed with vampirism and desperate for freedom, Astarion journeys through a world teetering on the edge of ruin. Amidst shifting alliances, ancient evils, and temptations of power, he must decide if he'll reclaim his autonomy with grace-or carve it out through blood. Baldur's Gate 3, nor any of the characters belong to me. They belong to Larian Studios and the cast of Baldur's Gate 3. I decided to write my narrative of my origin Astarion run, while being completely in-character for him, and making decisions that are all his own. Please enjoy!
As the Ash Settles
As the Ash Settles, is my take on what happens to the group of companions after saving Baldur's Gate. As the ash settles and the drinks are pouring a familiar sensation washes over our Tav, the very same one that compelled her to attack poor Alfira in her slumber, perhaps defeating her sister was not just denying her father but in fact taking back her rightful spot as leader of the Bhaalspawn, perhaps Withers was indeed wrong. Questions left unanswered while still having to find a special artifact for Astarion to walk and in the sun and still beating heart to fear Karlach. Rated M for Mature. Will include adult behaviors, some violence and well just stuff from the game itself. Don't worry though not a finger will be laid on the goodest boy Scratch. "*" will mark homebrewed items with their links.Complete
My Darkness and My Light (Little Star)
OC meets Astarion just before the events of BG3. Story takes place set vaguely in and around the timelines of BG3 with the BG3 party but not in any of the major plot lines of the game. It's All a Game (Astarion & Elara)
When Elara is kidnapped by a nautiloid ship and has a mind flayer parasite inserted into her brain, the only things on her agenda are getting home, and getting rid of the parasite. That is, until she comes across a handsome elf who is in the same predicament as her, and also happens to be a vampire. This story follows these two elves, both scarred from their pasts, both determined not to fall in love or anything so frivolous, along with a well-spoken wizard and a tiefling pulled straight from the Hells, as they journey to Baldur's Gate and try not to die in the process.

The search for Vellioth's Ring
One year has passed since the battle against the Nether Brain. After spending time away on a quiet retreat, Yzabella returns to Baldur's Gate to find Astarion residing in Cazador's former mansion. Amidst the dust and shadows of his old tormentor's lair, Astarion uncovers a forgotten book once belonging to Cazador's own master-Vellioth. Within its brittle pages lies mention of a powerful artifact: a ring hidden away by Vellioth himself, crafted to grant its wearer the impossible, the freedom for a vampire to walk beneath the sun. For Astarion, it represents everything he's ever longed for: the chance to live without fear of the dawn, and perhaps, the hope of a more normal life by Yzabella's side. Together, the two set out once more, gathering old friends for a new adventure, one filled with danger, laughter, and the promise of a new freedom as they seek the lost Ring of the Sun.
The Quest for Dawn - Book 2: Web of Shadows

Pulled into the world of raucous politics, Astarion is faced with new challenges as a mortal elven man, while uncovering nefarious secrets and machinations of the city's elite Patriars. But not all is what it seems, and some secrets go beyond the mortal realms.
The Pale Elf
Image is concept art I did for chapter 8. Slow burn romance. Sensitive topics mentioned inside. Reader discretion is advised. If this story had a theme song, it would be more than one. Give by Sleep Token, Sweet Tangerine by The Hush Sound, and TIMEZONE by Måneskin. Tav is a sharp-witted bard with a tongue as quick as her blade. Astarion is a dangerous vampire spawn rogue, bound by shadows and scars of the past. When their paths intertwine, sparks fly. Will something beautiful bloom between them, or will it be plucked before it ever has the chance to grow? - "You are more than what he wanted you to be," I murmur quietly. Astarion's gaze cuts to mine, sharp at first and then softening around the edges. "I'm a monster," he whispers with a shake of his head. "I've lured countless people to their deaths. Innocents." "That's not who you are anymore," I insist. I give his shoulder a gentle squeeze. "You can take back the narrative. Only you get to say who you are."Complete![Goodbye Astarion [Astarion X NB Tav]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/360185317-256-k40649.jpg)
Goodbye Astarion [Astarion X NB Tav]
Astarion ascended just like he wanted. Tav helped just like he asked. People change just like they were warned. Fair warning: Ascended Astarion is the villain, Tav frequently disassociates and justifies Astarion's behavior to themselves and the other companions. Domestic violence is implied but not depicted out-right. Verbal abuse is kept to a minimum. Two major characters will die eventually. An alternative epilogue at Withers' party. Still in progress but I feel inspired and it's a short one. I will probably update frequently I haven't written fanfiction in 11 years. Go easy on me lol Finally, this work has been cross-posted here and on AO3. These are the only places I have published it, if you're reading this somewhere else it's been stolen.Complete
Moonlight and Blood (BG3)

As forgotten memories claw their way back to the surface, Caine finds herself caught between the call of murder and the desperate hope that she can become something more than what she was created to be. Torment's Thrall
Trapped. For two centuries, Astarion has been trapped. In a circumstance. Under the thumb of a master. Trapped between what he wants and what he has been commanded. But even when he finds himself infected with a mindflayer tadpole and dropped in a grove over a hundred miles from his captor, free from the debilitating effects of his curse, he still feels trapped. After running across a strange druid outside of Emerald Grove, he wonders if, maybe- just maybe- he can find a path to real freedom. Jalva left behind her roots as a druid long ago. An ex-soldier, a wanderer of Faerun, she returns to Baldur's Gate to find her way back into an upper-class social circle, hoping to find something to fill her monotonous days. But when she is abruptly captured and implanted with an Illithid tadpole, she finds all the excitement she wants and more, including in the form of a familiar face.

Astarion One-shots
Time slips through my fingers. And I wonder. How much of me has been lost? How much of me has been found? But I am no optimist. So I wait. Dreading the day when I no longer recognise myself. Or worse, When others no longer recognise me. Will my life stop suddenly? Like a pendulum interrupted mid swing? Or slowly, like an old clock winding down. Tick tock. Tick tock. Tick. Tock. Rogue's Story: Astarion & Kirra (BG3 Romance Story)
A story about romance of Astarion and Kirra (half-elf rogue thief), during their journey together following the events of Baldur's Gate 3. CONTAINS SPOILERS from the game - for everyone who hasn't finished the game, the story describes events of the game and reveals a possible ending. Some events were made up to tell the story as I would like for Kirra to happen. Due to my limited english language skills, I used ChatGPT to adjust my story, so the text is more colorful (hope no one minds, but it helped me tell my story better).
