A new being has come to the metropolis of Smashville, an entity named the Peacekeeper who seeks to impose his will on the chaos of the videogame world and bring about peace and stability.
That is all well and good, but the path to this peace and stability? Executing every villain to ever step foot in the videogame world.
The good guys don't see it as much of a problem... too bad the bad guys do.
