Austria is a teenage aristocrat who was just put at the head of the most powerful family in the world. The Habsburgs. But comes great power comes great responsibility. The future of Central Europe falls into his hands and he has no help and no back up force. What is he to do with all this stress?

Spain is broke, and Ottoman Empire has already gone back to The Middle East, so now he's alone. He has no grasp on how to be diplomatic or how to run a country, but he'll try. First things first, find an ally, but who? What is a broke, teenaged Spaniard to do?
