It happened over night - Fiore like it used to be is in ruins. A strange "sickness" has spread turning the people into Zombie-like figures. 
The guilds have disbandoned, including Fairy Tail, and everyone fought their own fights with these Zombies. It's been 10 years and the Zombies still roam all over Fiore. 

The story follows Lucy Heartfilia, a commander of the ZDS (Zombie Defense Squad). One day, a person of her past comes stumbling into her camp. Memories awake, feelings return. 
With death breathing down their necks, can they even let love happen?
