The Quarter Quell ended with the arena in flames, with district 12 burned to ashes and the districts starting uprisings. But the districts couldn't fight the Capitol and The Hunger Games are still going on. After the last years events these games are supposed to be quite unforgettable, but no one could've expected this.

What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game.
