Not much else in this world matters to Faye Rivers as much as academics does. Nothing else she has to offer had garnered praise from anyone, and she finds her grades to be a reflection of her worth. However, people make mistakes. When Faye gets a failing grade on a test, she thinks this is the end of her beautiful straight-A reputation. What she doesn't know, is that the end of one thing signifies the beginning of another. How could being forced to attend summer school work out in Faye's favor? When seemingly drowning in an ocean of disappointment, will she find a way to stay afloat? Or, will someone have to come save her?
