Bear

Katherine, a park protection ranger from Cedar Ridge, Washington is stranded when a routine check on a campsite turns deadly. Local silent-type stranger Bear saves her. He rolled into town a year back, choosing to rent an isolated cabin at the edge of the park. There's a reason Bear doesn't let anyone close, and he's terrified of it being found out.

But, Katherine is persistent. She becomes utterly infatuated with him, unaware it might be the thing that ruins her.
