Ignored and Forgotten or Dead and Rotten? || A Dandy's World Shelly AU

Gardenview..the leaves are falling..'every' toon is talking together..expect one..Shelly Fossilian..the one who has been ignored after a car accident..she thinks the toons ignore her cause maybe in their point of view they think she's the one who caused it.
Shelly tries to get the toons to listen to her explain and say how she didn't cause it, obviously because she didn't. But they never listen, they don't even look at her. They just walk away.
The toons have also been going out almost everyday, Shelly hopes one day they'd ask if she'd like to come along with them but none of them ever ask her.
Even when Shelly hasn't eaten or has been in her room all day..no toon ever checks up on her.
Shelly has tried to change so the toons would talk to her again, she's even tried to like and dislike what they enjoy and don't enjoy so she can fit in and talk with them again but yet they still ignore her no matter what she likes, dislikes or does.
At this point, Shelly feels forgotten. It's like no one values her life, what she does, who she is.
One day, when the toons go out again Shelly follows them, and she finally finds out the disturbing truth on why she was 'Ignored and Forgotten'.
