Safe Girl is about a young eleven year old girl telling her perspective from WW2 in Germany. The book is called Safe Girl because the main character Erika Kloss is blond hair blue eyed. In those days you would be "safe" and not taken by the Nazis. My writing partner happynessisreal's story Run is about the Jewish girls perspective and you will hear Erika a few times in her book. Safe Girl is about Erika and her sister fighting for their brother Frederich. During WW2 you were not allowed to be gay Friedrich is gay. With a father supporting the Nazis Erika's father let's Friedrich be taken away. Meanwhile Erika, Jarvia, Kerstin and Mama are hiding Jews in their basement. Who are Sara and Jason form happynessisreal's story Run. This story is only from Erika Kloss's perspective. We hope you enjoy!avealexander

This is the story of a young girl named Heidi Seide, who grew up in Germany during the Second World War, told by her 'soul adviser' (Guardian angel). She always lived in the shadow of her twin sister and older siblings, which led her to believe she was simply never good enough, and this belief only grew stronger as a stupid little accident led to her parents finding out about her worsening eyesight. (Before starting to read this, please keep in mind that this is the very first almost unedited draft of the story. It is most likely packed with historical inaccuracies and also inaccurate German sayings/words...etc. If you ever notice I wrote something that is wrong or insensitive, please tell me and I will fix it right away, I don't want people to get my intention with this book wrong (: all right that's it, Enjoy!) (PS: Just so you all know, English is not my first language, but I enjoy writing in English. So if you see any mistakes while reading please tell me! It would help a lot. :) also, this little project is heavily inspired by the book thief, so if you enjoyed that book, this is made for you, I'm writing it specifically for you guys.)
