Miles Culleron is a 15 year old boy, running away from his orphanage where he would be murdered for his odd behavior and the strange things that happen around him.
He runs into an informant, who tells him of his destiny to be The Talker, and leads Miles on a journey to seek out that destiny, and to find a family of his own making.
