So basically this Wings of Fire youtuber called Dogloverlikesdoge made this challenge for their viewers to write/draw a short story based on a prompt that they showed in the video introducing the challenge, and each prompt is about one of the characters in the series experiencing a semi-important moment in their lives! Wings of Fire story! My name is Moon. I live in a world where everyone is tested. From the age sixteen to eighteen. In truth, you test yourself everyday the moment you find out what the world has come to. You test youself wondering if you're strong enough, smart enough, or brave enough. But most of all to see if you will do the right thing in the darkest times. Your eighteenth birthday is the biggest day of your life. The day you find out if you will fight, or die. Fear engulfs your body every waking moment, the very thought of death makes people lose hope, and it almost did for me too. And in those final moments, when you really don't know if you will live, you wonder, is dying now worse than living in something you hate so much. Do I live for something I despise? Or die and be done with everything? However, there are always more options. This is a Wings of Fire fan fiction! All characters belong to Tui T. Sutherland. Make sure to follow for updates. {COMPLETED} \ I suck at descriptions so here is a preview for you! I hope you like it! Will is a prince and Nico is the kingdom's thief. Enjoy! / WPOV- I watched in awe as the carriage door opened and the guards carelessly hefted a small boy out. He appeared to be unconscious and I panicked when I saw the blood dripping from his jet black hair. "Be careful with him! He's hurt!" I yelled. They only shrugged and placed the boy in my arms. My heart surged. After one look at him, I saw how completely beautiful he was. \ NPOV- I scrambled to my feet, terrified of what the prince would do with me, but my head pounded and I felt my legs shake and give out. I shut my eyes tight as I started to fall, but just before I hit the ground, a pair of strong, but gentle arms wrapped around me, yet again.
