As a mortal girl in the rule of immortals, Aru had to find a way to make her life in this world worthwhile. And by worthwhile, she didn't mean getting spat on by the royals. No. She would be royalty in her own way, she would join the shadows as they schemed to overthrow the crown. She hated the royals. She despised them.
Is there a thin line between love and hate, though? Well...
When she meets Prince Aiden, the last of the Acharya line, things just become complicated when she's expected to kill him and take over the crown. However, she is just taught that in fact...

Aru Shah and The Curse of Kamadeva (DISCONTINUED)
(Aru x Aiden forever :D) (Also, this takes place right after Aru Shah and The City Of Gold.) The first time that the pandavas met Kamadeva, it went well. They returned his bow, and he gave them magical gifts. This time, however, things go sour. Kamadeva curses Aru, saying that she is doomed to fall in love with someone who didn't love her back. (Looks like he learned a few tricks from Aphrodite...) Fortunately... that curse might not be true. Aru's POV- I've always liked Aiden. Forever, and ever, and ever... But now he knows. I just feel SO AWKWARD around him. (I mean like, more than I already do, obviously.) After he kissed me... we both try to forget it ever happened, even if I don't want to. I... I feel like he wants nothing to do with me. Actually, I don't think that kiss changed anything. We still try our best to avoid talking to each other one-on-one.
