Pokerogue love story- Rival Ivy x Character Player/Reader

Pokerogue is Pokemon but roguelite. In it, your rival is called Rival Ivy. The Character Player/Reader part is because, despite being in Ivy's pov, she's in love with them and you are them so I'm just going to use Y/N for the name. Also they/them for your part because there's still the whole boy or girl thing and I don't want to assume gender. Also also this will be at least slightly scary, like horror story scary, probably and might even read as a pokepasta. Anyways, plot.

For as long as she can remember, Ivy has always had feelings for Y/N. But now that Y/N is finally starting their journey in the world of Pokemon, Ivy decided in a last ditch effort to spend more time with them to become their rival. But when things start getting out of hand, Ivy starts to do everything in her power to make things right.
