The rain pounded against the asphalt as the lightning struck the old clock tower. Laughter echoed through the desolate, empty- wait no, that's wrong. Carnage filled streets of Gotham. None of the men who lay on the ground, bloody, broken, beaten, were innocent. They'd all committed crimes before, they were all guilty. He knew that and so he took them out like the trash they were, just as he planned to take out a certain Bat and Bird. "Bruce Wayne! I'm coming for you and your sidekick!" He roared, even though he knew no one could hear him. "Jason Todd!"
