Even though you were born mute since childhood, you had a good father who loved you very much and you loved him very much too. And when you were 14 years old, a tragedy broke your heart. Your father was attacked by one of Batman's villains, "Joker". And what made you feel even more resentful was that when Joker was arrested, they did nothing but arrest the bastard and he broke out of prison and did the same thing over and over again. Which made you even more resentful. The unfair process towards you and others who had experienced the same thing made you see it as a never-ending cycle and you hated that more than anything else, "the shitty law". So you started to take revenge on yourself and others who had experienced the same thing.
