"Midoriya Izuku, is it?" The voice asks, and Izuku can feel his hypothetical soul leave his hypothetical body. Out of everything that could ever happen to him, he didn't think this could be one of them.
"Nezu," he greets - and realizes how rude that probably sounds, but he can't bring himself to say anything else, still reeling from the shock of Nezu not only seeing him but catching him stealing. He wants to die from mortification, melt into the floor in fear.
"Would you like to explain why you're out in the middle of the night and stealing cat food?"

I'm honestly ashamed of this book. I wrote it some time ago and it just has so many things wrong in it and is overall cringe.
