Just as Lucy begins to have feelings towards Natsu, a white haired mage comes and gets between the two. Natsu does something unforgivable that Lucy knows that she will never forget. He humiliated her in front of the guild and admitted that she was weak.
After fleeting in terror Lucy runs into someone she thought she won't ever meet again.
She unlocks her new power and swears revenge against Fairy Tail.
