Water was always known as calming and relaxing. It is a very common quirk in Japan just a matter of how it is used and exploited. There are plenty of pros who use their water quirk as a resource for power and rescue. It was just a matter of who could come out on top.
Mizu Suido, known as the most peaceful and calm little girl to exist conjured up a water quirk. It suited her the best although her family's sides were full of water quirks. She was always the best at using it and her control of the quirk was crazy. Let me say.... how much she enjoys water to stay hydrated!
Her family's always been pushing her to become a hero but she was always second guessing the idea. There were too many wrong things that happened and she wasn't sure if she's ready for that giant step in life just yet...
