Between Heaven and Earth

When the age-old Mongolian prophecy unfolds, telling of a savior sent to travel through time to collect six relics capable of saving the human race from a trapped god that seeks to be set free to rule, eighteen year old gardener Karma Li is forced to believe that she is the chosen one. As a foreign magic guides her through time, a ruthless sorcerer does all in his power to beat her from acquiring these relics to succeed in his goal of setting this chaos free. But when what was prophesied takes unprecedented turns for the worse, Karma and her crew of half a dozen misfits realize that perhaps she has made a mistake. If she's not the leader of the prophecy, then where is the "chosen" and can they save the world and find these relics without them?
