Aizawa X student OC

Saika, from the moment she developed her quirk, was raised and trained under the Russian hero commission. In her 18 years with them (she is 22) they rarely let her off her leash until one day her aid was requested by a fuzzy white haired rat. Before she knows it she's sent off and forced undercover to act as a 17 year old hero hopeful for class 3-A. Her mission is to protect the danger prone students.
