Taking The Plunge (Tom Daley)

I couldn’t believe I was doing this.

“I’m a writer. I like hiding away in rooms on my own, not being on TV in front of millions of people. Especially not in a swimsuit,” I whimpered, completely and utterly horrified.There was no way I was going to be seen in a swimsuit or bikini in front of a million people, let alone make a fool out of myself jumping off a ten metre platform. I can’t even swim that well!

“Just think about it, Chloe.” my agent has insisted, “It’s a huge promotional opportunity. Besides, it’s Tom Daley’s show. If that can’t tempt you, I don’t know what can.” He laughed

"No.” I replied forcefully.

When Chloe gets an invitation to appear on Tom Daley's new show, Splash, she immediately disregarded the offer. She couldn’t swim overly well, she didn’t have a perfect figure, and she certainly wasn’t confident enough to appear in front of millions on a screen. However, she didn’t know just how much a simple phone call and the discovery of a new talent would change her life completely. Chloe has to cope with heart breaks, traumas, and near-death experiences on her journey to discover who she really is.
